This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on our website. Avail Event Manager does not provide this information to any third party source. We collect information from four specific areas:

Site Vendors:

Our service collects information from numerous wedding-related businesses throughout the Unites States. This information is used solely to create private individual vendor accounts so that those vendors can keep customers informed as to their available dates.

 

Customers:

The purpose of this service is to allow customers to search for local vendors who are available on their event date. Visitors are considered the "customer" and use our information form to provide basic contact information to prospective wedding and event vendors. To assist the customer we ask for voluntary information.  The information collected is used internally to match their interests to wedding and event vendors in their area. To have your information removed from any vendor’s list, simply email that vendor requesting to be removed from their database.

Payments:

Site vendors who use our services are required to make monthly payments. Electronic payments are handled externally through PayPal. Avail Event Manager does not collect any information other than the product requested. Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
 

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

We do not market services to children, nor require anonymous users to provide information about themselves.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

As a vendor, you can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by selecting 'Edit Listing' from your account page. As a customer, you can remove your information by placing a request to be removed by email.

As a vendor, to protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. Your user ID and password are required for access. If lost, there are procedures (found on the login page) for recovery.  As a customer these steps are not applicable, and therefore not necessary.
